Postcard from Heaven
Music of the month: Mests' Jaded, Matchbox Twenty (yes, again), anything Lighthouse Family (though it gets a bit tedious after a while. Ahwell, lyrics are good) Wicked (the musical) & the Lion King soundtrack (NEED the DVD).
[Still can't believe Eton Road got out of xfactor! They're so much better than Mcdonald Brothers. Ugh. COME ON LEONA!]
2 weeks (13 days to be exact) till brother & mum come over! (:
WEBCAM FUN (ripped off brother's livejournal):
hehe. ANYWAY. Back from Flushed Away. TOO GOOD. GO. WATCH. NOW. Haha, it's so so so funny. xD Then Starbucks (yum mocha frappucino) then GERMAN MARKET (yum fudge. eyecandy, no eating D: haha xD) with Cathy & Katherine. (:
& now it's full on mugging for mocks (37 days)/geog test on Monday (stupid agriculture, it's so boring) & coursework (Maths (pointless), Chemistry and History (writer's block). All bloody boring. Why are all the most boring pieces last. Ohyeah, and I.T. which has always been a waste of time.)
& training, to get fitness&skills back after LONG disuse. Haha, last one was such a disaster.
"Everyone under the age of seven is fluent in Ifspeak; go hang around someone under three feet tall and you'll see. What if a giant funnelweb spider crawled out of that hole over your head and bit you on the neck? What if the only antidote for venom was locked up in a vault on top of a mountain? What if you lived through the bite, but could only move your eyelids and blink out an alphabet? It doesn't really matter how far you go; the point is that it's a world of possibility. Kids think with their brains cracked wide open; becoming an adult, I've decided, is only a slow sewing shut.
... What if..? I can't answer a single on of these, which si how I know that whether I'm ready or not, I'm growing up."
